Before I forget this: The space craft “Casimir Effect” drive probably works by generating two particles that move in opposite directions. One of the particles hit a mirror (or what ever reverses the direction of the particle) so both particles end up moving in more or less the same direction. This results in mass shooting off in one directions resulting in the space craft being propelled in the opposite direction. Even though elementary particles might not be massive, they might be enough to make sure satellites stay in the correct orbit–it all adds up over time.
